The Hustle Factor and how it works for you

It's the essence of stellar Customer Service.

The Hustle Factor is the thing that makes a sale go. It's equal parts motivation, skill and experience. And at the end of the day, though it may sound kind of "Oklahoma," it's a real love of everything a real estate sale is made of. Okay sure, most realtors work hard to get your business, and then do the listings and give you a call to check back. But sooner or later you'll find yourself calling them and hear yourself saying, "Hi, what's happening?"

So not Steve.

With Steve, The Hustle Factor is always at work. It puts the search for the right property or the right buyer on a whole different level. Give Steve the business and watch The Hustle Factor go into action:

  • Communication. It's all about you. Your needs are discussed in detail. Only when what you need is fully understood can Steve deliver what you want.

  • Follow up. This is paramount. Without constant follow-up, there is no close. And by the way, you're not just kept in the loop, you are the loop. After anything is done, you will always be the next call.

  • Teamwork. The agent/client relationship functions best when it functions as a team. And a great one. Together Steve and his clients strategize, discuss different options, and even enjoy the conversations.

  • Proactive. An escrow is often complicated and problematic. It's a critical time and an emotional time, and it's the time when Steve works hardest to anticipate any problems and prevent their materializing.

  • Negotiating. It's important to remember that a successful real estate transaction has to be a win-win situation for all parties involved. Steve drives every hard bargain with this goal in mind.

  • Hard Work. Remember that! Steve is one agent who knows how to work hard, to hustle, because it's the only thing that makes the results happen. He is a "hands on" agent. Although he has a terrific support team, his clients deal directly with Steve. Back to that apple pie and the American work ethic, Steve loves what he does. So you can usually find him working late and answering his cell phone at all hours. Which is how you can always reach him. Direct. He is not a mega agent spending most of his time trying to get more listings. Which doesn't mean he's not a mover. (see The Hustle Factor definition)

Then and now.

Unlike almost everyone who lives here, Steve grew up in Los Angeles. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration. Soon after, he received his C.P.A. license, which gives him a unique perspective on structuring a sale and certifies him as a true stickler for detail when it comes to contracts.

Today Steve is a Broker Associate with American Realty Centre, (ARC), a boutique full service brokerage, handling residential, commercial and investment properties. ARC has been marketing real estate since 1976, handling literally thousands of real estate transactions. Our reputation in the industry is of the highest caliber. Our staff and agents are as ethnically diverse as the communities we serve.

Steve is a top producing Realtor, consistently in the top 5% in sales of all L.A. based realtors. Wait, let's spend another second on this. In a town of more than 67,000 real estate agents, in the fifth largest economy in the world, in a city that's almost as large as Rhode Island or a neutral European country, Steve is consistently in the top 5% in sales.

Okay, let's go on. Steve is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Glendale Association of Realtors, Southland Regional Association of Realtors, and the Los Angeles Westside Board. He is also a member of the Armenian American Realtors Association, and the Women's Council of Realtors (if you can't beat them, join them!).

Steve is also a member of St. Peter Armenian Church, serving the Church over the years in various capacities. He was a Cub Scoutmaster, and over the years has been involved with many charitable and school organizations. Having been raised in Los Angeles, he and his wife are raising their two teenagers (don't ask) in Los Angeles.

With his background, experience and the "Hustle Factor" at work, you'll have a distinct advantage out there.
